Project Overview

SSI (Skill & Success Institute) is an online learning platform offering expert-led professional courses. The objective was to design a structured, trustworthy, and conversion-focused educational website that helps users easily discover courses, build trust, and enroll seamlessly.

Problem Statement

The challenge was to design a platform that:

• Simplifies course discovery
• Encourages user enrollment
• Highlights trust indicators and partnerships
• Feels modern, structured, and scalable

Many education platforms overwhelm users with cluttered layouts and unclear hierarchy. The goal was to design a clean and intuitive experience that builds confidence from the first scroll.

Research & Strategy

I analyzed leading e-learning platforms to understand:

• How courses are categorized
• How trust is established (partners, stats, testimonials)
• How CTAs are positioned for better conversion
• Layout patterns that improve scanning behavior

Key insights:

• Strong hero section with clear value proposition
• Trust indicators immediately visible
• Structured course grid for clarity
• Data-backed statistics to build authority
• Testimonials to increase credibility

Visual Design & UI Solutions

Visual Hierarchy:

• Clear hierarchy for headings
• Medium-weight body text for readability
• Card layouts easily stack for mobile
• Clean spacing to prevent clutter on smaller screens

Brand Colours & Aesthetics:

• Primary Color: Green (growth, learning, success)
• Neutral backgrounds for readability
• Clean grid system

Conversion Optimization Approach:

• CTA buttons placed above the fold
• Mid-page enrollment encouragement
• Highlighted “Why Choose Us” section
